Why this Site?
This site exists as an outlet for me to write about the practice of mindfulness from my perspective. I’ve been meditating for about 4 years solid, but have recently discovered that mindfulness practice can greatly enhance the time I spend in meditation. This knowledge can help others, regardless of the path that they may be on.
I’ll be writing, rambling, and tackling this subject with honesty. There are often stigmas associated with meditation and mindfulness, and some other “mystical” and “magical” associations as well. I’m more concerned with the practical aspects of bettering one’s life, and oneself through the practice.
